IT'S THE DRYER VENT.
The buildup of lint in your dryer vent is a potentially dangerous situation. Additionally, clogged dryer vent pipes cause your dryer to work harder and can greatly increase not only the time it takes to dry your clothes but also your utility bill. Lastly, excessive moisture is trapped in the home and vents and can cause vigorous mold growth.
Dryer vent fires can start when lint builds up either inside your dryer of the vent. Lint can block air flow and cause excessive heat buildup inside a clogged vent.
Isolated incident? Not at all. The Consumer Products Safety Commision estimates that over 15,000 dryer related fires occur each year causing 97 million dollars of property loss not to mention the loss of lives.
Most Dryer Vent Companies insert a brush and vacuum into the vent by the dryer to clean it. However this is not a complete job. Most of the lint is trapped inside the vent hood on the roof. If they don't go up on the roof or in the attic and clean it out you are wasting your money.

Some homes have under-the-slab vents that are sometimes difficult to clean as vermin may make nests there or roots penetrate the vent and allow it to fill with stagnent water. We have the tools and experience to do a complete job. If we can't unclog them - - we'll pay you $45.
